The Hyatt’s Conference room will hold up to 100 guests before our stage where our main lectures will be presented.
Daily lunch buffets will be served in the Park Food Hall with Indoor and outdoor seating.

Airport transfers and local transportation
Meet and Greet
All guests will be met by a company representative inside the Cairo airport as they enter the Customs area. You will be assisted through obtaining your visa ($25.00 USD per person), through customs and with retrieving your baggage before escorting you to a transfer vehicle that will take you to your hotel in Giza.
Local Transportation
Guests staying at the Hyatt Regency Cairo West hotel will be offered free bus transportation between hotels at set times throughout the conference. A fleet of cars will be available to transport you back and forth at other times for a set fee.
